Taking Your Pet’s Temperature

Nervousness and exercise causes body temperature to rise as will excess heat and infections. Temperatures below normal are caused by exposure to cold weather but also by shock. Wherever possible use a digital thermometer as they are the most accurate as well as being easy to read.
